Whether its people we have known for years who have been to our place many times before or not, its the same thing every time. Get up off your ass and help me tidy up.
Now my opinion on this matter is why spend all that time making the fake house? You're not fooling anyone by tidying up so why?
I was talking about this matter with my good mate, Shep and his opinion on this. He said that its just courtesy to make your house look nice for guests. He has a good point I have to admit, but come on, after a while it gets kind of annoying constantly making the house look nice for people.
I guess it is giving the guests good thoughts and all but if it's not fooling anyone then is it that much of priority to make the perfect house?
Some might not agree with me so comments are definitely welcome because as I say, there's nothing wrong with a little controversy on our blog.
Until next time!!
Over the years all my friends who come over see the house for what it is, introduce a 4 year old and no matter what you do the place looks like a toy store where a bomb has landed.
ReplyDeleteDo some research about the Woolworth's bomber who almost got away with it as he placed the device in the toy department, bomb parts and toy parts look identical. Just part of Sydney's darker history well before Boeing planes made neat holes in very large buildings.
Your Blog about tidy homes is what I call the Home And Away factor, over the past 21 years have you ever seen an untidy house on that show ?
Or any crap TV show ?
No wonder cleaning product ad's are lined up when that stuff is on.
And maybe all this cleaning is killing us, we are becoming immune to dirt, kids these days get laid over by a peanut which a monkey has pissed on.
Again, I am revealing a little too much about the big cogs which drive the little cogs of life.
I believe this comment is better than the crap assignment I am tied to, I'll print it and hand it in.
